Before the model

Save the original, client brief, crop target, and export rules next to the job. Never overwrite the source.

After the model

Generate a contact sheet with original / edit / final crop side by side. Check:

• straight lines and window edges
• repeated textures and invented objects
• skin, foliage, and reflections
• color consistency across the batch
• metadata and delivery dimensions

Agent assist

Have Claude write a batch QA note with filenames and confidence: pass, review, or reject. A human makes the final call on anything client-facing.

Rule

The fastest pipeline is the one that makes a bad edit easy to find before delivery.
