Harness

  • /research/raw/ — one markdown file per interview
  • skills/ux-synthesis/SKILL.md — theme extraction + quote bank rules

Steps

  1. Drop transcripts into /research/raw/
  2. Run synthesis per file → /research/themes/
  3. Merge themes; dedupe with “same pain, different words” rule
  4. Generate 1-page readout: So what / Now what / Open questions
